Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges unless otherwise specified.
Teneree reserves the right to adjust pricing in response to currency fluctuations, changes in supplier costs, or unforeseen market conditions.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance by Teneree.
Payments must be made in full before shipment, unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in our quotations or invoices.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and subject to availability from suppliers.
Teneree is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, transport disruptions, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the client upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Product Quality and Warranty

Teneree supplies products as per the manufacturer’s specifications.
Warranties, if applicable, are provided by the original manufacturer and will be passed to the client.
Teneree does not provide additional warranties unless explicitly stated in writing.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Returns are accepted only with prior written approval and in accordance with our return policy.
Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.
Cancellations may be subject to restocking or handling charges.
